Somatic Bodywork

This is a calm practice that invites you to explore the question ”what you do and who it is for”. This integrates teachings from the Wheel of Consent to deepen your awareness of your boundaries and desires through meditation, reflection, and consensual touch.

This is a grounded and holistic healing practice that integrates somatic bodywork, mindfulness, and energy work to deepen your self-awareness, help you release your emotional bagage, and enhance your vitality. All exercises are grounded in clear communication and consent.

We prioritize inclusion, clear communication, and the freedom to participate in ways that feel safe and empowering, fostering deep connections and self-discovery.
